Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
CCJ’s Executive Director, Staci Shugar, attended the 5th annual Symposium on Building Inclusive Organizations where she attended breakout sessions and a keynote speaker presentation. Since that time, Staci has participated in additional community collaboration opportunities to further CCJ’s DEI work. CCJ strives to be a place where all feel welcome, and everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
